Rabbi Perry Tirschwell is TEN's Founding Director. He was the founding Head of School of Katz (Weinbaum) Yeshiva High School in Boca Raton, Florida He served as the Executive Director of the Shulamith School for Girls in the Five Towns, and Interim Head of School at the Robert M. Beren Academy, and is the incoming Head of School of Silicon Valley's yeshiva, the South Peninsula Hebrew Day School.
Rabbi Tirschwell was one of the organizers the first conferences between yeshiva high schools and gap year seminaries, served on the Yeshiva University School Partnership Advisory Board, Hayidion Editorial Board and the Orthodox Union's Jewish Learning on Campus (JLIC) Advisory Board. Rabbi Tirschwell taught Gemara, Chumash and Navi at the Frisch Yeshiva, Hillel Yeshiva High School, and Weinbaum Yeshiva High School.
Rabbi Tirschwell is a graduate of Yeshiva University's Yeshiva College and Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary, during which he studied at Yeshivat Har Etzion He earned his Masters in School Administration and Supervision at the College of New Rochelle. RPT participated in Columbia University Teachers College's Klingenstein Visiting Head of School Fellowship, Harvard Principals Center's Art and Craft of the Principalship, and Bar Ilan University's Lookstein Principals Program.
Benjamin Eckman, esq. is TEN's Founding President. Mr. Eckman was a long time board member of the Jewish Educational Center (JEC) in Elizabeth, NJ, and serves as the president of the American Friends of Shurat Hadin- Israel Law Center. He is a practicing elder care attorney in New Jersey.
Shimmie Kaminetsky is TEN's Founding Secretary. Shimmie serves as the Executive Director of the Katz Yeshiva High School in Boca Raton, the largest school of its genre outside of New York. A Vice President of the thriving Boca Raton Synagogue, Shimmie previously served as the Executive Director of the Hebrew Institute of Riverdale. Shimmie chaired TEN's Inaugural Executive Directors Conference.
Aaron Bhatia, CPA heads an accounting and bookkeeping firm which services both for profit and non-profits organizations, including yeshiva day schools. He lives in Woodmere.
Chaim Wielgus is a Senior Vice President at FM Home Loans and a rebbe at Magen David Yeshiva in Brooklyn. Chaim was a long time board member of New Jersey NCSY and a fixture at Camp Agudah.
